About the Role

Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll provide ABA services for children and adolescents ages 2–18 with a primary diagnosis of autism.

You'll contribute to assessments and treatment planning, partner with families, and support Behavior Technicians in delivering consistent, compassionate care. Services take place in clinic and home settings.

  • Monitor progress: Collect, review, and interpret treatment data with your supervising BCBA to evaluate progress and identify needed adjustments.
  • Coach and support technicians: Provide assigned training, feedback, and RBT supervision within your qualifications and applicable BACB requirements.
  • Partner with families: Provide caregiver training and treatment updates under BCBA direction, helping families support progress across settings.
  • Coordinate care: Collaborate with the supervising BCBA, team members, and caregivers to support scheduling, service coordination, and consistent treatment implementation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation: Complete treatment records, assessment documentation, and other assigned clinical and supervisory records.
  • Practice ethically: Maintain certification and licensure requirements and follow the BACB's Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts and company policies.

What You'll Bring

Required qualifications

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to seek, receive, and apply clinical feedback.
  • A commitment to compassionate, ethical, evidence-based care.

  • Kansas Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LaBA) licensure, required before providing services.

Schedule
