We are growing our clinical team and seeking a credentialed Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who shares our commitment to clinical excellence, ethical leadership, and measurable outcomes for the families we serve.

Position Overview

The BCaBA functions as an intermediate clinical practitioner operating under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position involves direct ABA service delivery, support for RBT oversight activities, and collaborative participation in treatment planning across home, school, and community settings. The BCaBA role is well-suited for clinicians who are building toward independent BCBA-level practice and seek a structured mentorship environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Client Support - Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA, delivering direct therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• RBT Supervision - Assist in providing oversight and feedback to RBTs under the direction of the supervising BCBA, supporting competency assessments and onboarding activities.
• Data Management - Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data with accuracy; contribute to progress monitoring, graphing, and session documentation.
• Parent & Caregiver Collaboration - Support parent training sessions and caregiver communication as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Quality & Ethics - Maintain fidelity to treatment protocols, uphold BACB ethical standards, and adhere to HIPAA and organizational confidentiality requirements.

Position Requirements

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with a valid BACB certification number
• Working knowledge of behavioral assessment tools, data collection methodologies, and behavior intervention plan implementation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and all required registry screening
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Passing/Clear TB Test
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with children, families, and clinical teams
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code

Physical Work Demands

• Travel up to 50+ miles to client locations
• Ability to work in home, school, and community environments
• Maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods
• Active engagement with clients during therapy, play, and transitions
