Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinic Setting

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA you will play a crucial role in providing support and implementing behavior plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Job Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Active Maryland licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure before providing services.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing behavior intervention plans, and completing comprehensive ABA evaluations and reassessments.
• Experience utilizing assessment tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other appropriate clinical assessments.
• Ability to develop individualized, measurable treatment goals and monitor progress through ongoing data collection and analysis.
• Experience supervising RBTs, conducting competency assessments, and providing ongoing clinical guidance.
• Strong understanding of insurance authorization requirements, clinical documentation, and medical necessity standards.
• Experience providing parent training and developing strategies to promote skill generalization across environments.
• Ability to collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals, including speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.
• Willingness to provide hands-on clinical support and mentorship to RBTs.
