Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Help Children Build Confidence, Independence & Meaningful Skills As a BCBA at Building Blocks Pediatric Therapy, you’ll play a vital role in helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through compassionate, individualized ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members
• Provide parent training and support
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with children and families
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care
