What they need

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Providence Developmental & Learning Center
Arlington, Texas
Full-Time | $85,000–$110,000 per year
Newly Certified BCBAs Welcome
Anticipated Opening: January 2027

About Providence

Providence Developmental & Learning Center is a new developmental and ABA center being built in Arlington, Texas. Our goal is not simply to provide ABA therapy, but to create a supportive environment where children can develop meaningful skills that carry over into home, school, and everyday life.

We are building Providence around strong clinical standards, family involvement, collaboration, and a positive work environment for our clinical team.

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our clinical team.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced and newly certified BCBAs who want to practice in a collaborative environment with strong clinical leadership and opportunities for professional growth.

Our BCBAs will work closely with our Clinical Director, RBTs, families, and leadership team to develop and oversee individualized treatment programs while maintaining high standards of clinical care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and reassessments.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Develop measurable treatment goals and monitor client progress.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs.
  • Conduct protocol modification and clinical supervision sessions.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training.
  • Review clinical data and modify treatment programs as appropriate.
  • Prepare documentation for initial and ongoing insurance authorizations.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the child's care.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, staff development, and quality-improvement activities.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with BACB requirements and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current BCBA certification or eligibility to obtain certification before employment.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Ability to meet applicable Texas requirements for practicing behavior analysis.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based and family-centered care.

Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

What We Want Providence to Offer

  • Competitive salary.
  • Supportive Clinical Director and leadership team.
  • Reasonable and sustainable caseload expectations.
  • Protected time for documentation and administrative responsibilities.
  • RBT support and structured clinical supervision.
  • Continuing education and professional-development opportunities.
  • Opportunities for advancement as Providence grows.
  • Collaborative environment where clinicians have a voice in how programs are developed.
  • Benefits package for eligible full-time employees.

Why Providence?

Providence is being built from the ground up with the goal of creating a center where children, families, and clinicians can grow together.

Because we are a new organization, our early BCBAs will have an opportunity to help shape our clinical culture rather than simply step into an established system.

As Providence grows, we anticipate opportunities for BCBAs interested in mentorship, program development, senior clinical positions, and future leadership roles.

Schedule

Full-time, primarily Monday through Friday during daytime clinic hours.

Compensation

$85,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Expected Opening

January 2027

We are currently interviewing candidates in preparation for our anticipated January 2027 opening.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
