What they need
Help Kids Thrive. Help Teams Grow.
You became a BCBA to make a difference, not just manage a caseload.
We’re looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who brings strong clinical judgment, genuine compassion, strong character and the kind of ABA centered leadership that makes everyone around them better.
This is an opportunity to do meaningful work with children with autism while partnering closely with families and developing the behavior technicians who help bring treatment plans to life.
What You'll Do
- Create meaningful change. Assess client needs and develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans and behavior strategies.
- Lead and develop others. Supervise, coach, and provide Behavioral Skills Training (BST) to behavior technicians (RBAIs and BTs), helping them grow in skill and confidence.
- Let the data lead. Analyze treatment data, identify trends, and continually refine programming to improve client outcomes.
- Partner with families. Lead team meetings, provide parent training, and build collaborative relationships centered on each child's progress.
- Protect clinical excellence. Maintain accurate documentation, meet authorization timelines, and uphold BACB ethical and professional standards.
Who We're Looking For
Credentials matter. Character matters just as much.
You’ll thrive here if you are:
- Dependable: Families and teammates know they can count on you.
- Compassionate: You see the person before the program.
- A Leader: You coach, encourage, and raise the standard for those around you.
- Curious & Analytical: You use data to ask better questions and make better clinical decisions.
- Adaptable: You can adjust when a client, family, or situation needs a different approach.
- Self-Motivated: You take ownership, follow through, and continually work to improve.
- Grounded in Integrity: You do what is right for clients, families, and your team, even when no one is watching.
What You Bring
- Current BCBA and applicable LBA credentials
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, and intervention
- Ability to effectively supervise and develop behavior technicians
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
- Commitment to BACB ethics and ongoing professional development
- Ability to work across office, clinical, and community settings
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Physical Requirements
- Sustained kneeling, squatting and sitting on the floor
- Agility to move fast if a child elopes
The BCBA We Want to Meet
You believe great ABA is more than a technically sound treatment plan.
It’s clinical excellence paired with compassion. Leadership paired with humility. Data paired with human connection. If you want your expertise to make a meaningful difference for children, families, and the professionals you lead, we’d love to meet you.
Providing evidence based ABA intervention to children with Autism. Clinic, home, community and limited Telehealth options. We offer small caseloads, 8-12 clients per BCBA.
