Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior plan treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $75,000-$100,000
• Location: Middlesex, NJ

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing Behavior Plans.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
