Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral assessment and intervention efforts, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and inform treatment strategies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and client progress.
• Lead clinical supervision sessions for behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Perform patient assessments and coordinate intake processes for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of each individual's needs.
• Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and adjust interventions as necessary, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide training and support to families, caregivers, educators, and other stakeholders on ABA techniques, behavior management strategies, and autism spectrum disorders support.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless service delivery across home-based behavioral programs, school settings, and clinical environments.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, functional assessments, and behavioral intervention techniques.
• Prior experience conducting behavioral health evaluations such as diagnostic assessments and functional assessments (FBA).
• Strong background in data collection methods, medical terminology, medical documentation, and working within HIPAA guidelines.
• Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with disabilities is highly preferred.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision for behavior technicians or junior staff while fostering professional growth.
• Familiarity with medical records management and documentation standards related to patient care is essential.

Pay: $74,864.34 - $90,159.21 per year
