Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Evergreen Health Care Management – Fairfax, VA
Pay: $55–$100/hr (based on experience)

About the Position

Evergreen Health Care Management is seeking a BCBA to begin part-time work immediately supporting behavioral assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and caregiver training for clients in Northern Virginia.

This position starts with a small caseload and offers the opportunity to gradually increase hours based on availability and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide BCBA supervision to RBTs
• Train parents and caregivers
• Maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical leadership

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience with home-based or early intervention services preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills
