Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our family and help children reach their full potential through personalized, evidence-based care.

About the Role

As a BCBA with 1st A.I.D. ABA, you’ll play a key leadership role—managing cases, guiding RBTs, and collaborating closely with families to ensure each child receives the highest standard of individualized care. This is a hands-on position ideal for BCBAs who are passionate about in-home therapy and value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful connections with the families they serve.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a minimum of 3 client cases (with opportunities for a performance bonus when managing 5 or more).
• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs—including those pursuing BCBA certification.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct regular parent training and collaborate with caregivers to promote generalization of skills in the home and community.
• Maintain clear, compliant documentation in alignment with insurance and Medicaid requirements.
• Communicate regularly with families, case coordinators, and the operations team to ensure continuity of care.

Who You Are

• A licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Passionate about working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays.
• A strong communicator—comfortable leading teams, coaching RBTs, and building trusting relationships with families.
• Organized, flexible, and dependable, with excellent time-management and follow-through.
• Motivated by purpose, not paperwork—someone who wants to see progress, not just report it.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
