Position Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision for ABA and Early Start intervention programs.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians and mid-level supervisors.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver coaching.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain BACB ethical standards and company policies.
