About Grand Amina Services LLC
Grand Amina Services LLC is an Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) provider serving children and families through individualized, evidence-based developmental and behavioral services. At Grand Amina we offer flexible service options in both center-based and in-home settings for families who prefer services in their home environment. To accommodate the varying needs of the families we serve, Grand Amina provides services seven days a week, with scheduling based on client availabilty, needs, and treatment plans.
As a growing EIDBI provider, Grand Amina is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The BCBA will play an important role in providing clinical leadership, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, supporting EIDBI staff, providing caregiver and family training, reviewing client progress, and helping ensure that services are delivered in accordance with applicable Minnesota EIDBI requirements and best practices.
The ideal candidate will be USA-based and comfortable working in a hybrid role, providing services both remotely and in person. Depending on client needs and applicable DHS EIDBI requirements, certain sessions, observations, supervision, or other services may need to be completed in person at the client’s home or Grand Amina’s center, while other services may be provided virtually. The candidate must be flexible and available to provide in-person services when required.
Position Summary
The BCBA will provide clinical leadership, oversight, and behavioral support for Grand Amina Services LLC’s EIDBI program. Key responsibilities include conducting and/or supporting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, establishing measurable goals, reviewing and analyzing client data, monitoring progress, and making clinically appropriate recommendations based on ongoing data and observations.
The BCBA will provide clinical supervision, observation, and direction to EIDBI staff and Behavior Technicians to support the appropriate implementation of treatment strategies and intervention plans. The BCBA will also provide caregiver and family training, education, and support to help families understand and implement strategies that promote skill development and positive outcomes across the client's daily environments.
The BCBA will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress documentation, supervision and observation records, caregiver training documentation, data review, and other records required for EIDBI services and applicable payer requirements.
