Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Standish, MI Full-Time Starting at $80,000/year Hybrid/Remote | Primarily Clinic-Based Flexible Schedule | No Weekends What You'll Do

• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments.
• Complete functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Create evidence-based behavior protocols.
• Update programming based on clinical data.
• Supervise and support behavior technicians.
• Ensure treatment fidelity.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Train behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress.
• Communicate with families regularly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers.
• Complete required clinical documentation.

Position Details

• Ages: 0-21
• Setting: 100% clinic/center-based
• No in-home services expected
• Flexible schedule
• Growing caseload
• ~25 hrs/week supervision & family training
• ~433 units/month
• Clinic expected to grow to ~15 technicians
• No weekends

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related qualifying field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Michigan Behavior Analyst license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA care.
