Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

*Must be able to cover at least 5 cases*

Overview: The BCBA will deliver ABA services to clients (ages 2-21), including assessment, treatment planning, and parent training. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs and LBSs, participating in agency training, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification for a minimum of 1 year.
• Experience in school and home-based settings.
• Proficient in behavior management, instructional skills, and interpersonal relations.
• State of PA Behavior Specialist License.
• Flexible availability and reliable transportation.
• Current certifications (CPR, First aid, mandated reporter).

Responsibilities:

• Develop agency training on ABA, teaching strategies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior strategies.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to paraprofessional staff.
• Ensure timely submission of paperwork and maintain data collection systems.
• Develop behavior plans focusing on skill development.
• Collaborate with treatment team members and maintain communication.
• Stay updated with professional development and research findings.
• Maintain data, paperwork, and communication between staff and families.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in NET and DTT programming.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Analyze data and generate insights using Excel.
• Ability to quickly respond to calls, texts, and emails.
• Establish rapport with clients and parents.
• Strong time management skills.
• Familiarity with copiers, phone systems, laminators, and office materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ABA Matrix
• Experience with Aloha & Motivity

Credentialing Requirements:

• Clearances (dated within 1 year):
• PA Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance.
• PA Act 34 Pennsylvania State Criminal Clearance.
• PA Act 114 FBI Fingerprint Clearance.
• PA Act 47 National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR) Clearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
