Pillar ABA is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About Us

Pillar ABA is owned and operated by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. At Pillar ABA, we specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals ages 0–21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental Delays, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Adjustment Disorder, Down Syndrome, and other developmental and behavioral disorders.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based applied science based on principles of learning. These principles are used to improve socially significant behaviors. ABA therapy focuses on assessing environmental influences on behavior through assessment-based intervention and data-driven decision making. Our goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that may be harmful or interfere with learning and development.

Our Mission

At Pillar ABA, we believe in treating the “whole” person. Our mission is to help individuals attain the greatest level of independence possible through individualized treatment plans.

Our treatment approach includes creating skill acquisition programs that generalize across different settings and involve the significant people in an individual's life. We believe in the saying, “it takes a village,” which is why collaboration and training with parents, teachers, siblings, caregivers, and other professionals are at the center of our treatment model.

We believe in involving the people who are most important to each individual to help create and maintain lasting change.
