Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a full time experienced (3-plus years)Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at SOAR Southshore.

Full-time BCBA hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm three days a week and 8:30am-6pm two days a week).

Full-time BCBA will be responsible for the day to day operations with the support of a virtual part-time BCBA and lead tech to fully support our RLT's and the children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of clients.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
• Implement ABA strategies and monitor client progress regularly.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
• Provide support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques
• Billable hours 22-25 per week.
• BCBA case load will be 8-9 clients

Requirements

• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for minimum 3 years.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and professionals.
