Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), training caregivers, and ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of all ABA programs implemented.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs, ensuring fidelity of intervention implementation
• Train and support caregivers and staff on behavior analytic procedures and best practices
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including families, teachers, and other professionals
• Maintain timely documentation in compliance with Medicaid and insurance requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Must meet all state and insurance credentialing requirements
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
