Astra ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavioral intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Provide coaching and training to parent-child interaction therapists (PCITs) and other staff members to ensure effective implementation of behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, and to provide consultation and support to parents and caregivers
• Analyze data and measure progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

$80 000 - $120 000 Anually

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience in the field of ABA, preferably in a clinical setting
• Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
