Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Our goal is to maintain caseloads of no more than nine clients per BCBA, allowing our clinicians to focus on meaningful outcomes for children and families—not overwhelming administrative demands.

Your Role

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and oversee evidence-based ABA programs.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and BTs.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming to improve outcomes.
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with families, technicians, and other members of the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, and clinically excellent care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current North Carolina behavior analyst licensure or eligibility to obtain it
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
• Experience supervising RBTs or BTs
• Strong clinical, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work primarily on-site in Fayetteville, NC
