Select Care ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA for school-based work in Silver Spring. We’re a boutique, BCBA-led practice looking for a curious, perceptive clinician who asks thoughtful questions, develops practical solutions, and works well with therapists, teachers, and families.

What we offer

• Starting at $120/hour, with documentation and meetings paid at the same rate.

• One full on-site day per week minimum, with more hours available based on your preferences and case needs.

• A few hours per week can be completed remotely.

• W-2 employment and a CEU allowance.

• Manageable caseloads, administrative support, and direct access to strong clinical support.

Your role

Conduct assessments, develop and refine treatment plans, coach and supervise RBTs, and collaborate with school teams and families.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification, Maryland LBA licensure, and at least one year of experience as a BCBA.
