The Role

We're looking for a part-time BCBA to provide clinical oversight for a caseload of children ages 2–12 across the Houston area. You'll run assessments, write treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to reach real goals.

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments (including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, and FBAs)
• Write and update individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and train RBTs, meeting BACB supervision requirements
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Analyze session data and adjust programming
• Complete documentation and progress reports on time in Rethink
• Coordinate with families and our team on scheduling and authorizations

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
• Experience with early learners and children with autism
• Strong writing skills for treatment plans and insurance reports
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Must pass a background check
