Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Missing Piece ABA | Wesley Chapel & New Port Richey, Florida

Full-timeManageable CaseloadStrong Clinical SupportA BCBA Position Where You Can Focus on What Matters Most

Tired of feeling stretched too thin? Looking for a company that values clinical quality, staff support, and meaningful client progress?

Missing Piece ABA is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team serving the Wesley Chapel and New Port Richey, Florida areas.

We understand that quality ABA services require more than a certification. BCBAs need the time, resources, and clinical support necessary to supervise staff effectively, develop meaningful treatment plans, collaborate with families, and help clients make lasting progress.

Our goal is to provide a manageable caseload of approximately 10 cases and a high level of clinical support, allowing our BCBA to focus on clinical excellence rather than feeling overwhelmed by an excessive workload.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

  • Manageable caseload: Approximately 10 cases, allowing for meaningful clinical involvement and individualized treatment.
  • High levels of clinical support: You will have support with clinical challenges, staff concerns, and treatment planning.
  • Quality over quantity: We value effective treatment, accurate data, ethical practice, and measurable client progress.
  • RBT collaboration: Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and practical guidance to help your team succeed.
  • Meaningful parent involvement: Work collaboratively with families to develop skills that generalize beyond therapy sessions.
  • A supportive work environment: We want our BCBAs to feel supported, respected, and equipped to do their jobs well.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage individualized ABA treatment programs.
  • Conduct assessments, functional behavior assessments, and reassessments.
  • Develop and update treatment plans, skill-acquisition programs, and behavior-reduction protocols.
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback to RBTs.
  • Review clinical data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Conduct direct observations and ensure treatment integrity.
  • Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families.
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation and insurance authorizations.
  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical requirements, Florida regulations, and payer standards.
  • Promote staff development, retention, and consistent implementation of evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred.
  • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor RBTs and provide constructive clinical feedback.
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, individualized care.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
  • Manageable caseload of approximately 10 cases.
  • High levels of clinical support.
  • A collaborative environment that values clinical quality and professional judgment.
  • The opportunity to focus on client progress, staff development, and effective treatment rather than excessive caseload demands.

Ready for a Better BCBA Experience?

If you are a BCBA who wants to provide high-quality care without sacrificing clinical support, we would love to hear from you.

Join Missing Piece ABA and become part of a team committed to supporting its clinicians, empowering families, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
