Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through behavioral health and developmental support. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify core challenges and strengths of clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, adjust interventions, and ensure effective outcomes for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disabilities.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral health and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate closely with families, schools, medical professionals, and caregivers to facilitate seamless communication and coordinate care strategies.
• Lead intake assessments to determine client eligibility for services and develop initial treatment goals aligned with client needs.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and progress notes in accordance with legal standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with children with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessments, and behavior intervention strategies.
• Proven ability to perform behavioral psychological assessments and conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA).
• Experience working within educational settings or home-based environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to families and team members.
• Demonstrated experience in data collection methods essential for tracking client progress effectively.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
