Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Hybrid — 1099 Contractor U-First Healthcare, LLC | Tucker, GA (Hybrid) About the role: We're expanding into ABA therapy and looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to build this service line with us. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and provide parent training — with real clinical autonomy. What we provide: - 50/50 split of collections on your cases - EHR system provided - Front and back office support - Flexible scheduling — you set your availability - Hybrid: in-office (Tucker, GA) and telehealth - Part-time to start, with room to grow Requirements: - Active BCBA certification in good standing - Georgia license (or eligible) - Experience with insurance-based ABA billing preferred
