Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA I - BCBA V)

The Sunshine Academy, the sister company to Tulsa Sunshine Center,is dedicated to providing quality and compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and is seeking a Full Time BCBA. Our facilities prioritize safety and security, featuring magnet door locks and a state-of-the-art video system for effective supervision of our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Minimum Expectations:
25 Billable hours a week, with 10% supervision requirements

Full Time Benefits:
Base Pay - $88,000-$96,000, NOT including bonus potential
Total Income potential including bonuses:
Total Potential Gross Income: $90,000 – $118,743 per year

Bonus Potential:

Annual Base Salary: $88,000-96,000.

Monthly Performance Bonus: $251 – $2,395 per month ($3,022 – $28,743 annually), based on billable hours (target baseline of 25 billable hours/week or 108/month)

Baseline Expectation: 108 billable hours per month (roughly 25 billable hours per week).

: $70 per hour for every billable hour above the 108-hour monthly threshold.

:
120 billable hours in a month → 12 extra hours × $70 = $840 bonus that month.
30 billable hours → 22 extra hours × $70 = $1,540 bonus.
140 billable hours → 32 extra hours × $70 = $2,240 bonus.

This bonus is paid monthly on top of the base salary.

Total Potential Gross Income: $90,000 – $118,743 per year
