BCBA Responsibilities

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide clinical leadership and individualized ABA services while working collaboratively with learners, families, and your clinical team.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide BCBA supervision and clinical oversight to Behavior Technicians and ABA team members
• Conduct behavioral, functional, and skill-based assessments
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior support plans
• Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs
• Analyze learner data and monitor progress toward treatment goals
• Modify ABA programs and treatment plans based on clinical data and learner needs
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Train, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with families, Behavior Technicians, other providers, and clinical leadership
• Support families in implementing individualized treatment goals in everyday routines
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow BACB ethical and professional standards
• Deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services

BCBA Qualifications

Required:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, functional assessment, behavior intervention, skill acquisition, and data analysis
• Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment programs
• Ability to provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to provide in-person BCBA services in Bucks County, PA
• Ability and willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed
