Evolve Learn & Grow LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and telehealth ABA services as an independent contractor in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and reassessments
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
• Modify programming based on clinical need and progress
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Complete required clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families and treatment team members
• Maintain services consistent with BACB standards, payer requirements, and applicable North Carolina requirements

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Current North Carolina behavior analyst license (LBA), as required
• Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively supervise and support RBTs
• Ability to provide in-home and telehealth services in North Carolina

We are especially interested in BCBAs available throughout the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill (Triangle) area and surrounding North Carolina communities.
