Adventure Child Therapy is a clinician-led ABA organization, which means clinical decisions here start with you, not a spreadsheet. You'll design programs you believe in, guide a team of RBTs who look to you for direction, and walk alongside families through some of the biggest milestones in their kids' lives, all from our Tulsa center.

We're looking for a BCBA who's as strong in the room as they are on paper: collaborative, hands-on, and committed to care that never comes at the expense of a child's dignity. If you want a real voice in how our clinic operates, keep reading.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Designing, overseeing, and updating individualized treatment plans and skill-acquisition programs for the clients you serve
• Supervising and mentoring your team of RBTs, with real-time feedback that builds skills and confidence
• Leading caregiver training that families can actually use at home
• Reviewing session data regularly and making timely, informed adjustments to treatment
• Being the go-to contact for families, case managers, and your clinical team
• Modeling protocols hands-on with your RBTs and clients

You might be a great fit if you:

• Hold a current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB, plus an active Oklahoma LBA license
• Have a Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Bring experience designing and supervising ABA programs (preferred)
• Can pass a comprehensive background check and required screenings
• Lead with clinical excellence and genuine warmth for the clients, families, and RBTs you support
• Are physically up for center-based work: floor time, kneeling, bending, and safely lifting up to 50 lbs when needed
• Bonus: you're fluent in a second language
