What you’ll do

• Assess clients and design individualized, data-driven treatment plans
• Partner with families, teachers, and medical providers
• Coordinate referrals to speech, OT, and mental health providers
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs
• Keep documentation compliant with insurance and regulatory standards

What you’ll need

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Valid NJ LBA license, or eligibility before your start date
• Strong communication skills and a calm, empathic approach
• Medicaid and insurance billing familiarity is a plus
