Join Our Growing ABA Practice

Mindful Connections Behavioral Therapy LLC is an emerging ABA therapy provider with commercial insurance contracts established with Aetna and Cigna. We are expanding our clinical presence in the Fort Pierce and Port St. Lucie area and working toward Florida Medicaid (AHCA) enrollment.

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) interested in becoming part of our founding clinical team.

About This Opportunity

We are currently in our pre-opening phase in Fort Pierce and do not yet have an active client caseload. This flexible clinical partnership begins with credentialing coordination, appropriate Medicaid group affiliation, and clinical-readiness planning, with opportunities to provide clinical services as clients enroll. Hours and caseload will depend on practice needs and referrals; an immediate caseload is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on clinical-readiness planning and service workflows.
• Participate in appropriate credentialing coordination and group affiliation for the services you will provide.
• As clients enroll, provide assessments, treatment planning, clinical oversight, and caregiver collaboration within your qualifications and agreed scope.

Who We Are Looking For

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Florida Medicaid-enrolled Lead Analyst preferred.
• Located in or able to reliably serve Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, or surrounding communities.
• Familiarity with Florida Medicaid enrollment and ABA clinical requirements.
• Willingness to participate in a genuine clinical relationship and required group affiliation.
• Interest in growing alongside a developing agency.
