Pastel ABA Group is a clinician-owned and operated ABA practice serving children and families throughout the Charlotte area. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

As a BCBA with Pastel ABA Group, you will provide clinical oversight for home-based ABA services throughout the Charlotte area.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and reassessments
• Developing and updating individualized treatment plans
• Creating behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
• Reviewing client data and adjusting programming as needed
• Supervising, training, and supporting RBTs/BTs
• Providing caregiver and parent training
• Collaborating with families and members of the client's care team
• Monitoring client progress and treatment integrity
• Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensuring services meet BACB, state, payer, and organizational requirements

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Active North Carolina Behavior Analyst License or ability to obtain licensure
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively supervise and support RBTs/BTs
• Ability to work independently in home and community settings
• Reliable transportation for local travel throughout the Charlotte area
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, individualized care
