Hope Family Supports LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support middle and high school students in Brandywine School District. This onsite role serves PS Dupont, BHS and CHS.

The opportunity

Provide school-based behavior analytic support across the assigned schools. Work with school teams to support students' participation and progress. This assignment offers the opportunity to deepen your experience across middle and high school settings and bring your expertise to students' day-to-day learning environments.

The district has identified the schools and schedule; the specific caseload, assessment responsibilities, service mix and division of duties will be reviewed during the selection process.

Qualifications

Current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Documentation of the active credential is required with candidate submission.

Delaware credentials authorizing this school-based work, including the applicable educator license and School Behavior Analyst Standard Certificate, or a district-verified authorized pathway before service begins.

Ability to work onsite across the assigned Wilmington-area school locations.

Ability to complete the district's contractor onboarding requirements below.

Required onboarding and candidate cost

Candidates must pay $85 for criminal-background-check fingerprinting and acknowledge and agree to this cost before being presented to the district. All contracted staff must complete BSD's contractor packet, including the assigned school site on the first page, a TB test for onsite work, the fingerprint receipt and a Child Protective Registry Check. District review may take up to five business days after the packet is received. After approval, the contractor schedules a badge appointment. The start date depends on completion of the required approvals and onboarding.
