Fair Compensation for RBTs: We believe RBTs have been underpaid for too long, and we're committed to changing that. We offer highly competitive compensation to our RBTs, and we prioritize hiring those with substantial experience.
Autonomy and Support: This is your region to grow and nurture in your unique way, and we're here to provide support whenever you need it.
A Coveted Destination: We aim to be the preferred choice for esteemed ABA professionals seeking fulfilling career opportunities. We aspire to be the last place you'll ever want to work.
Positive Culture: We believe that a nurturing and calm culture makes all this possible, so we prioritize it. We know that happy people create happy kids and are more likely to stay for the long term.
Quality Relationships: We believe that the quality of our relationships directly impacts the positive culture we strive to maintain. We pay close attention to our relationships with colleagues, the families we assist, and the children we serve.
Ethics and Principles: Integrity and trust in service delivery are paramount. Remaining ethical is intrinsically essential for helping children and delivering high-quality services. Other organizations may have forgotten how to do that…we have not.
Progress. Client progress is our jam! Too many ABA companies only give services. Ours gives progress. We literally want to be the best in ABA services…and we want you to come along for the ride.
Wraparound. We work with the family and the child. We emphasize a wraparound approach, drawing in other professionals and working with them to ensure that the family has all of the resources they need to see behavior change with their child!
