What You’ll Do

As a BCBA at Blueprint, you’ll provide thoughtful clinical leadership while helping clients build skills that matter in their everyday lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client strengths, needs, and family priorities.
• Design and oversee programs targeting communication, social interaction, adaptive skills, and meaningful behavior change.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and ongoing feedback to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Review data, evaluate progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Partner with caregivers through practical training and collaborative goal setting.
• Coordinate with schools and other providers, as appropriate.
• Complete timely assessments, treatment updates, session documentation, and other required reports.
• Help strengthen staff training, clinical systems, and program development as Blueprint grows.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary: $75,000–$90,000, based on relevant experience, clinical skills, and supervisory background.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services; clinical supervision and caregiver-training experience are preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment-planning, and data-analysis skills.
• A commitment to ethical, individualized, culturally responsive care.
• Clear communication and a supportive approach to coaching staff.
• Organization and follow-through with documentation and clinical responsibilities.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Long Beach and surrounding service areas.

Schedule and Work Expectations

• Employment: Full-time.
• Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, including morning and after-school availability based on assigned clients.
• Work arrangement: Hybrid, with regular in-person supervision and clinical services required. This is not a fully remote position.
• Productivity expectation: 30 billable hours per week once the assigned caseload is established.
• Additional responsibilities: Nonbillable work—including planning, meetings, staff support, and documentation that cannot be billed—is part of the full-time work schedule.
• Weekends: Optional opportunities may be available.

Caseload assignments and scheduling will consider client needs, authorized services, and supervision requirements.
