What they need

ABOUT EVERHAVEN

EverHaven Integrated Services is a BCBA-owned ABA therapy practice serving children with autism and their families in Roseville, Rocklin, and surrounding communities.

We believe quality ABA starts with individualized care, strong clinical judgment, and clinicians who have the flexibility and support to do their best work. As a growing practice, we offer BCBAs the opportunity to maintain a manageable caseload, create a schedule that works for them, and play an important role in shaping the clinical care we provide.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values clinical autonomy, flexibility, and individualized care.

This is a part-time position with a minimum requirement of just 10 billable hours per week, making it a great fit for BCBAs looking to supplement an existing position, maintain a smaller caseload, or create a schedule around other professional or personal commitments.

You'll serve as the primary clinical decision-maker for your assigned cases and provide assessment, treatment planning, program development, supervision, caregiver training, and ongoing clinical oversight.

Approximately 50% of services may be provided via telehealth, with the remaining services provided in clients' homes and community settings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct and oversee behavior-analytic assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable clinical goals
  • Develop and modify skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Analyze client data and make data-based clinical decisions
  • Monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness
  • Provide caregiver training, education, and support
  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance to assigned RBTs and BTs
  • Conduct staff observations, competency assessments, and performance coaching
  • Monitor treatment fidelity and staff implementation of treatment protocols
  • Collaborate with families, treatment team members, and clinical leadership
  • Complete progress reports and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and quality improvement activities
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and BACB-compliant clinical practices

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing required
  • Master's degree or other educational qualification meeting applicable BCBA requirements
  • Ability to maintain all required professional credentials
  • Experience providing behavior-analytic services preferred
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong clinical judgment and data-analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with families and clinical staff
  • Reliable transportation for in-person client services
  • Ability to meet applicable background check and employment requirements

WHAT WE OFFER

  • $70–$80 per hour
  • Only 10 billable hours per week required
  • Build your own schedule
  • Approximately 50% telehealth
  • Flexible part-time caseload
  • Clinical autonomy within your scope of practice
  • Opportunity to maintain a manageable caseload
  • Supportive, BCBA-owned organization
  • Collaborative clinical environment
  • Opportunity to grow with a developing ABA practice
  • A small team that takes clinical quality seriously

SCHEDULE

We understand that flexibility matters.

Rather than fitting into a predetermined schedule, our BCBAs have the ability to build their own schedule based on their availability and assigned client needs.

The position requires a minimum of 10 billable hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours based on caseload availability and your desired schedule.

WORK SETTING

Hybrid

  • Approximately 50% telehealth
  • In-home services
  • Community-based services
  • Roseville, Rocklin, and surrounding areas

TO APPLY

We'd love to hear from BCBAs looking for a flexible role where they can provide thoughtful, individualized care without taking on an unnecessarily large caseload.
