We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ethical, patient-centered care through individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). This role features a flexible hybrid schedule, combining remote clinical planning with required on-site client evaluations and assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Clinical Assessments: Lead comprehensive in-person evaluations, diagnostic testing, and initial intake assessments.
• Treatment Planning & Data Analysis: Design evidence-based BIPs, monitor progress, and analyze session data remotely or in-person to optimize care plans.
• Direct Intervention & Collaboration: Implement ABA techniques to manage behavior and expand client skills while partnering with families, educators, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Family Training: Coach and support caregivers on practical behavior management strategies for the home and community.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate EMR data, session notes, and treatment records in strict compliance with HIPAA and BACB ethical standards.

Role Requirements

• Certification: Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Experience: Proven track record in ABA therapy, developmental disabilities, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Work Structure: Ability to work remotely for planning and data analysis, with reliable transportation for mandatory on-site evaluations and review meetings.
• Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems, detailed data collection, medical terminology, and interdisciplinary communication.

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
