Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify core behavioral challenges and strengths.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collect and analyze data meticulously during therapy sessions to measure progress and inform necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to facilitate consistent intervention across settings such as home, school, or community environments.
• Conduct client intake assessments, develop treatment goals, and document all patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
• Support clients’ social-emotional development by applying behavioral psychological assessments and supporting autism spectrum disorder interventions effectively.

Skills

• Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessments, behavioral intervention techniques, and clinical supervision practices.
• Excellent data collection skills with the ability to analyze trends and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance for safeguarding patient information.
• Experience conducting behavioral health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and functional behavior assessments (FBA).
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families, educational teams, and healthcare providers about treatment plans and progress updates.
• Home-based behavioral experience or school experience supporting children with disabilities is highly desirable.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
