Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Arq Behavioral Talent is a specialized recruiting firm connecting BCBAs with leading ABA providers. We're partnering with a growing practice to find a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services

What you'll do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention plans based on data
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure treatment fidelity and adherence to clinical and ethical standards

What you'll need:

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Active LBA in Maryland
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and their families
