What they need

Bright Spectrum Coaching LLC is a growing ABA and coaching practice serving children, teens, and adults in home, school, and community settings across Florida. We are passionate about high-quality, ethical ABA, strong family collaboration, and supporting meaningful, functional outcomes – not just checking boxes.

We’re a small, growing company—your voice matters here, and you’ll help shape our systems, culture, and future programs.

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA with Bright Spectrum Coaching, you will:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing functional assessments (FA/FBA)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct supervision to RBTs (minimum 10% of hours, plus extra as needed)
  • Oversee treatment integrity, data collection, and graphing
  • Train and coach families, caregivers, and school staff
  • Write clear, timely progress notes and reports for payers and families
  • Participate in treatment team meetings (virtual and/or in-person)
  • Support clients with a range of needs, including high-intensity behaviors (with safety and support)
  • Collaborate with leadership on program development and quality improvement as we grow

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
  • Eligible to work as a BCBA in Florida
  • Experience providing ABA services in home, school, or community settings
  • Comfortable supervising RBTs and providing real-time coaching and feedback
  • Strong skills in functional assessment, behavior plan development, and data-based decision making
  • Able to manage a small but growing caseload and communicate clearly with families
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a start-up / growing practice environment
  • (Preferred but not required):
  • Experience with autism and related developmental disabilities
  • Experience with adolescents and adults
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English or Creole/English)

Schedule & Setting

  • Flexible schedule – you help build your caseload
  • Hybrid model:
  • In-home and school-based sessions in Broward (and nearby counties if you’re willing to travel)
  • Telehealth for parent training, supervision, and certain sessions
