Bright Spectrum Coaching LLC is a growing ABA company serving children and teens in South Florida. We provide high-quality, ethical ABA with strong support for our clinicians and RBTs. We are looking for a BCBA who enjoys collaboration and wants a hybrid in person and remote telehealth role.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior intervention plans via telehealth
• Write and update treatment plans and progress reports for insurance
• Provide clinical oversight and remote supervision to a BCaBA and RBTs
• Collaborate closely with the BCaBA, who is in the home/school/community
• Hold telehealth parent trainings, treatment review meetings, and team check-ins
• Ensure services follow BACB guidelines and payer requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• Eligible to work with clients in Florida (familiar with Florida payers is a plus)
• Comfortable supervising RBTs and BCaBA remotely
• Strong clinical writing skills (treatment plans, authorizations, progress reports)
• Organized, good communication, and able to work independently in a telehealth model

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
