Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full Time

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative full-time BCBA who wants to provide high-quality ABA while being part of a supportive and growing clinical team.

What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior support programs
• Analyze data and make clinically appropriate treatment modifications
• Supervise, train, and support BTs/RBTs
• Provide caregiver training and family support
• Collaborate with schools, SLPs, OTs, and other professionals
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Promote compassionate, ethical, learner-centered ABA

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Collaborative and family-centered approach
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA
• Experience with early learners preferred
