What they need

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

At Infinity ABA, LLC, we are intentionally creating a different kind of organization. One that places clinicians and families at the center of everything we do. We believe that when BCBAs are supported, respected, and given the tools they need to succeed, the quality of care delivered to families naturally rises. Our focus is not on volume or rigid productivity expectations, but on thoughtful, ethical, and individualized treatment.

This is a clinician-centered environment where high standards are upheld without sacrificing well-being. We invest in strong systems, clear communication, and meaningful support so BCBAs can practice confidently and sustainably. Our goal is to create a workplace where you can grow professionally, maintain balance, and build a long-term career without feeling overwhelmed or undervalued.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is looking for more than just another position. This role is ideal for someone who wants autonomy paired with support, clinical freedom paired with accountability, and purpose paired with stability. If you are passionate about quality care, value ethical practice, and want to work in an environment that understands the real demands of the field, Infinity ABA offers a place where your expertise is respected and your impact is lasting.

Here, your work matters. Your voice matters. And the care you provide makes a difference every day.

A Role Designed for Clinical Focus

At Infinity ABA, the BCBA role is intentionally designed to keep your focus where it belongs: clinical leadership, client outcomes, and meaningful collaboration with families and staff. We recognize that high-quality care requires time, clarity, and support, not constant administrative distractions.

You are supported by a dedicated and experienced office team that manages the operational and administrative responsibilities necessary to keep services running smoothly and compliantly. This structure ensures consistency, accuracy, and organization across cases while allowing you to work efficiently and confidently.

Our office team supports you by:

  • Reviewing and revising service notes to ensure they meet the highest clinical, ethical, and documentation standards
  • Managing insurance authorizations and ongoing payer communication
  • Coordinating client intake from initial inquiry through service start
  • Hiring, onboarding, and scheduling staff to support your caseload
  • Developing and coordinating PIPs for school-based services
  • Communicating with parents and caregivers to ensure all required documentation remains accurate and up to date

This level of support allows you to dedicate your time to treatment planning, data analysis, staff mentorship, and clinical decision-making, while knowing that the administrative foundation of care is handled with care and precision.

You will also use Office Puzzle, a comprehensive all-in-one platform for data collection, session tracking, and progress monitoring. This system is designed to simplify workflows, improve organization, and support clinical clarity without adding unnecessary burden.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct assessments and functional behavior evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs to ensure ethical and effective service delivery
  • Review and analyze data to guide treatment decisions and clinical adjustments
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Who We Are Looking For

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • A genuine commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care

Flexibility, Compensation, and Benefits

We believe that great clinicians deliver their best work when they have balance and autonomy. At Infinity ABA, we trust our BCBAs to build caseloads that support both clinical excellence and personal well-being. We value work–life balance and recognize that flexibility is essential for long-term sustainability in this field.

You have the flexibility to:

  • Choose your own schedule
  • Select the clients you work with
  • Decide how far you are willing to travel between cases

We offer multiple employment models so you can choose what best aligns with your goals:

  • W-2 salaried
  • W-2 hourly
  • 1099 contractor

Annual Compensation Range: $90,000 to $160,000 annually for full-time roles

For W-2 employees, we offer:

  • Paid vacation time and PTO
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Paid trainings and professional development opportunities
  • Ongoing opportunities for growth, leadership, and advancement

Benefits and incentives vary by employment model, and we are happy to discuss the details with you. Our goal is to find the structure that best supports your professional goals, personal needs, and long-term success.

Why Infinity ABA

Infinity ABA was founded with intention, experience, and a deep understanding of what it truly takes to provide quality ABA services. Our owner did not enter this field from a distance. He built his career step by step, beginning as a teacher, then working directly in the field as an RBT, advancing to a BCaBA, and ultimately becoming a BCBA. Each role shaped his perspective and exposed him to the real challenges clinicians face every day.

Along that journey, in the field of ABA, he noticed where systems had room for improvement , excessive administrative burden, and priorities that placed productivity over people which caused immense burn out in the field. He saw how these issues impacted not only providers, but also the families and children relying on consistent, high-quality care. That firsthand experience is the foundation on which Infinity ABA was built.

Infinity ABA was created to give back to the community he was raised in and to offer a better model of care. One where clinicians are supported by efficient, reliable systems. One where families are not left waiting months for services, and one where ethical, individualized, high-quality care is always the priority.

This background directly informs how we operate today. Our leadership understands the work because they have done the work first hand. Decisions are made with both clinical integrity and provider well-being in mind. At Infinity ABA, our values are not just statements. They are reflected in how we support our clinicians, serve our families, and grow as a community.

Making an Impact in the Florida Community

Florida families face long waitlists for ABA services, delaying support during critical periods of development. We take this responsibility seriously. We pride ourselves on maintaining one of the shortest waitlists in the area so families can begin services sooner.

By joining Infinity ABA, you help expand access to care for families who are actively seeking support. With your expertise, we can continue reducing wait times and reaching more children and families who need high-quality ABA services now, not months from now.

Join Our Community

When you join Infinity ABA, you are joining a true community, not just an organization. Our clinicians are supported, heard, and respected. We intentionally foster a culture where collaboration replaces competition and where every team member understands that we are working toward the same goal: delivering high-quality, ethical care while supporting one another.

Our BCBAs are never isolated. You are surrounded by professionals who understand the demands of the field and leadership that values your clinical judgment. We prioritize open communication, mutual respect, and shared problem-solving so that challenges are addressed together, not alone.

Community also means balance. We respect boundaries, encourage time off, and recognize that sustainable care depends on clinicians who are well-supported and valued. That is why we provide paid vacation time and PTO for W-2 employees, opportunities for bonuses, ongoing trainings, and professional development experiences that help you grow without feeling overwhelmed.

At Infinity ABA, community extends beyond our internal team. We are deeply connected to the families we serve and the neighborhoods we support. By maintaining efficient systems and one of the shortest waitlists in the area, we are able to help families sooner and make a real difference when it matters most. With your help, we can continue expanding access to care and supporting more families in need.

Joining Infinity ABA means being part of a mission-driven community where your work has purpose, your voice matters, and your impact is felt every day.
