Radiant Steps ABA Inc. is a growing ABA therapy provider serving children and families across Central Massachusetts. We're looking for a passionate, reliable BCBA to join our team on a contract/per diem basis delivering home-based services in Worcester and Middlesex Counties.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct supervision to RBTs delivering ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics guidelines and payer requirements

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a LABA in Massachusetts
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in home-based settings
• Strong assessment, clinical writing, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Worcester and Middlesex Counties
• Familiarity with Carelon and/or BCBS billing preferred but not required

Compensation

• $80–$90/hr depending on experience
• Flexible scheduling — you set your availability
