About Hope Path ABA Services LLC

Hope Path ABA Services LLC is a growing ABA startup based in New York. We are currently in the credentialing and organizational development phase and are building the clinical foundation for high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), preferably with an active New York State LBA, who is interested in contributing to the early development of our organization.

About the Opportunity

This is an initial contract opportunity focused on credentialing and clinical readiness, compensated through a mutually agreed-upon flat fee.

We are looking for more than someone to simply provide documentation. We want to build a professional relationship with a BCBA/LBA who understands ABA operations, values ethical clinical practice, and is interested in helping a new organization establish a strong clinical foundation.

For the right candidate, this initial engagement may lead to a longer-term opportunity as Hope Path ABA grows, including potential consideration for a future Clinical Director position.

Initial Responsibilities

The BCBA/LBA may:

• Collaborate with company leadership during applicable payer/provider credentialing and enrollment processes
• Provide required professional information and documentation for credentialing
• Participate in credentialing-related meetings and respond to reasonable follow-up requests
• Provide clinical guidance as the organization prepares for service delivery
• Assist with the development and review of clinical policies, procedures, and quality standards within the agreed scope
• Help ensure that the organization's clinical preparation reflects applicable professional and ethical requirements
• Collaborate with administration on clinical-readiness planning

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and responsibilities will be established in writing before the engagement begins.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Active New York State LBA strongly preferred and required where applicable
• Knowledge of professional and ethical ABA standards
• ABA credentialing or payer-enrollment experience strongly preferred
• Clinical leadership or ABA startup experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with company leadership
• Interest in potentially developing a long-term relationship with a growing ABA organization

Compensation

This initial engagement will be structured as an independent contractor opportunity with a negotiated flat fee based on the agreed scope of work.

Payment structure, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables will be clearly established in a written agreement before work begins.

Future Clinical Director Opportunity

As Hope Path ABA completes credentialing, begins serving clients, and expands its clinical operations, there may be an opportunity for the selected BCBA/LBA to transition into a longer-term leadership role.

The right candidate may be considered for a future Clinical Director position, with compensation, responsibilities, schedule, and employment terms negotiated separately.
