Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Beyond Expectations is growing in Pensacola, and we’re looking for a BCBA who wants to do meaningful clinical work with a supportive team. This is a primarily clinic-based role with on-site leadership, established systems, and an experienced RBT team.

We take pride in our low RBT turnover. The consistency helps our clients build strong relationships, supports treatment integrity, and gives BCBAs a more stable team to supervise.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a clinic-based caseload and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs
• Partner with caregivers through parent training and ongoing communication
• Complete timely clinical documentation and meet funding source requirements
• Help build a collaborative, positive clinic culture

What We’re Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience supporting children with autism and related developmental needs
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to ethical, individualized care
• An organized, approachable leader who enjoys developing staff
• The ability to collaborate with families and fellow clinicians
