Role details

• Credential: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed in the state of Texas
• Location: Missouri City area (in person)
• Work arrangement: Work from home two weeks a month
• Caseload: About 8–10 clients
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Salary: $85,000 with quarterly bonuses

Responsibilities

• Administer assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
• Create and modify behavior plans and skill acquisition protocols
• Implement data collection, review data, and modify treatment according to the data
• Document progress on goals and submit proper insurance documentation
• Supervise and support behavior technicians by reviewing documentation and data collection, providing feedback, and modeling techniques
• Collaborate with the ABA team and other clinic providers (individually and in meetings) to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents regarding the child’s progress and plan of care, and provide parent training for consistency of treatment
• Provide supervision to BCBA candidates as outlined in the BCBA Supervision Contract
• Comply with organization, state, and federal regulations, including professional development, safety training, and confidentiality / HIPAA policies
• Work collaboratively with behavior technicians and other providers, including speech, occupational therapy, and physical therapy
• Demonstrate a positive attitude as well as professional and ethical conduct at all times
• Participate in team meetings and companywide trainings as designated by your supervisor and the organization
• Maintain good standing and certification status with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Follow the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts

• Maintain good standing with the BACB
