Crescent Behavioral Consulting provides neurodiversity-affirming care to autistic kids, teens, and adults. Our work is strength-based and person-centered, and it's built to last a lifetime, not just a treatment authorization.

What you'll do

• Lead assessment and treatment planning for clients across the lifespan, not just early learners
• Design programs that go beyond the basics: daily living, coping and self-regulation, communication, boundaries, consent, internet safety, and sexual education and safety
• Coach caregivers, families, and professionals, because lasting change happens outside the session too
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
• Help shape how this practice grows, with a direct line to the owner, a BCBA and LBA herself

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Tennessee LBA license (or in process)
• Experience: 1yr
• Medicaid/TennCare experience a plus

What we offer

• Pay: $75-$90hourly
• Caseload: You control
