Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with Upto $123k Salary with

$5,000–$20,000 Sign On Bonus For the Full time Case Load.

Qualifications:

• Certified BCBA or
• BCaBA or RBT currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program
• Experience providing client services and supervision is preferred

Work locations: - Multiple ABA therapy centers throughout Colorado.

Locations Available: Aurora and many more colorado locations.

· Hybrid Work Schedule - We primarily operate with an in-person work model. After successfully completing your onboarding and ramp-up period, you may be eligible for a hybrid schedule of 1–2 remote workdays per week , based on business and client needs. Remote workdays are regular workdays and include client services, supervision responsibilities, and administrative tasks as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base Annual Salary upto $123k
• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)
