Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Carter’s Hope is seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA’s) to join our team. We are a small Early Intervention company who serves families referred to us from the Regional Center of Orange County’s Early Start Program (ages 0-3).

Position Overview

• Part-Time BCBA–Hiring Multiple Candidates in South Orange County and Central Orange County
• Cases Available Now and New Cases Each Week (no waiting for cases)
• Flexible Scheduling

• Tiered Pay Structure beginning at $60/hour for billable hours

Our mission at Carter’s Hope is to bring comprehensive services to both the child and the family to help them on their journey from birth to three years old. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. BCBA’s will provide in-person, on-site supervision, parent training, and assessment in home and daycare settings. BCBA’s will also provide report writing services. This position offers a flexible schedule with the opportunity to take on additional hours based on availability.

Compensation

Standard Rate: $60.00/hour for the first 15 billable hours worked per week

Secondary Rate: $67.00/hour for billable hours 16-20 worked per week

Tertiary Rate: $75.00/hour for all additional billable hours worked over 20 hours per week

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.76/mile and $16.90/hour for driving time between clients

Administrative Time: $35.00/hour for nonbillable admin meetings

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
• Provide supervision to qualified BTs and Parent Consultation to families. Family support is a focus as many of our families are just starting to navigate their child’s needs.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and staff in implementing treatment plans with fidelity.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure all services adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and best practices in behavioral health.
• Travel between service locations (Families receive service in-home and in daycare)

Skills and Qualifications

• Must hold an active, in-good-standing Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification issued by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
• Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and behavioral therapy methodologies.
• Experience working with infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
• Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with clients’ families, therapists and other individuals involved in the child's development.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to patient care in diverse settings.
• Must have access to reliable transportation
