Overview
Join the growing team at Blooming Buds ABA Services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help us make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families throughout Central Florida!
At Blooming Buds, we believe every child deserves individualized, compassionate, and high-quality care. Our philosophy is centered around meeting children where they are, recognizing their unique strengths, and helping them develop meaningful skills that support independence and everyday success.
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative BCBA who shares our commitment to quality care and wants to grow alongside a company where their expertise, professional judgment, and contributions are genuinely valued.
This is a flexible, part-time hybrid opportunity, allowing clinical programming, treatment planning, and report writing to be completed remotely, while in-person time is dedicated to supervision, assessments, and client observations as clinically appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, reassessments, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify client strengths, needs, and areas for growth.
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans that prioritize meaningful skill acquisition, functional communication, independence, and socially significant outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and review behavioral data to monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make clinically appropriate adjustments.
- Provide consistent clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring they feel supported, confident, and equipped to implement treatment plans effectively.
- Conduct supervision and client observations in home, school, and community settings as clinically necessary.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to promote consistency, communication, and continuity of care.
- Provide caregiver training and education to support the generalization of skills across environments.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment reports in accordance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, and applicable payer requirements.
- Communicate openly with leadership and team members to address clinical concerns, celebrate progress, and maintain a positive, collaborative working environment.
- Advocate for individualized, compassionate, and ethical ABA practices that respect each child's unique needs and developmental abilities.
Qualifications
- Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Eligibility to provide behavior-analytic services in the state of Florida.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention strategies, and individualized treatment planning.
- Experience providing clinical supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage clinical documentation, data analysis, and treatment planning independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on collaboration, professionalism, and relationship-building.
- Ability to work independently while remaining responsive, accessible, and connected to the clinical team.
- A genuine passion for working with children and families and a commitment to compassionate, ethical, high-quality services.

- Pay Range: $65–$80 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Flexible, Hybrid
- Remote Responsibilities: Treatment planning, programming, report writing, and appropriate clinical documentation
- In-Person Responsibilities: Clinical supervision, initial assessments, reassessments, and client observations as needed
